MIDDLE SCHOOL
Equipping the Whole Child

The teachers do a great job holding the kids accountable and motivating them to try their best. My students love their classes and enjoy seeing their teachers around campus too.Middle School Parent

ELECTIVES
Students dive into interests beyond their core academics through a wide variety of electives. We offer choices such as praise band, performing arts, yearbook, photography, graphic design, yoga, STEM, and multimedia. Students can try new things and discover what excites them most.

Class trips
Each year, students take class trips that extend learning beyond the classroom. 6th graders enjoy outdoor education at a local camp. 7th graders explore Texas history with a trip to Austin and San Antonio. 8th graders travel to Washington, D.C., for an immersive American history experience.

Community
In these formative years, students grow in their faith, learn to navigate the world, and build lasting relationships. Our House system groups students across grades with teachers to foster community. They engage in social-emotional learning, friendly House competitions, and weekly community activities. 8th graders take on leadership roles, modeling Christ-centered character.
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT FOR EVERY STUDENT
At St. Mark, we offer an individualized academic program through our Success Center for 6th–8th graders with identified learning needs. Our experienced staff partners with students and families to develop learning strategies, track progress, and foster confidence, empowering each student to reach their full potential.
