TUITION

We are proud to offer a tuition structure that allows students to participate fully in campus life without the worry of unexpected extra costs. Your tuition covers the full academic day, including all technology, facility usage, electives, and the school yearbook. SML does not require mandatory volunteer hours or fees to fulfill service requirements.

While the core SML experience is inclusive, some optional programs like Middle School Athletics, Conservatory of Music, Middle School Class Trips, Field Trips and Extended Care carry additional fees based on participation. This ensures that the base tuition remains focused on the primary educational mission for every student.

SUCCESS CENTER

For students in grades 1st - 8th. Participation and tiered level of support is determined by SML.

SSP will be billed in August for any student participating in the Success Center. If you receive additional services, Tier 2 or Tier 3, that additional amount will be billed monthly over the period of August - April.

EXTENDED CARE

Morning Care is available from 7-7:45AM at no extra cost. After Care is offered until 6PM.

5-Day (M-F): $300/Month | 3-Day (M/W/F): $200/Month | 2-Day (T/TH): $150/Month

Monthly rates are for in-session school days only. Early Dismissal, school closures and school holiday rates (PK3-8th only) require a separate registration and fee.

Athletic After Care: $175 - Students participating in team sports (Grades 5-8) may opt-in for 5-Day After Care that may be used for various sports seasons.

Tuition Payment Setup

Does a FACTS tuition payment plan need to be set up each year?

How do I set up a tuition payment plan?

Login to Finalsite and go to FACTS Tuition Management Account in your Enrollment Checklist. You MUST complete your FACTS account for the new school year through this checklist item in order for the FACTS account to be set up properly and to allow data from Finalsite to be transferred to FACTS.
Follow the prompts once in the FACTS system to then select your payment plan and payment method.
Setup a payment plan by selecting a payment option applicable to the student’s grade level/program.

PK3 – 8th Grade is a 10-month program – payments may be made in 1, 2 or 10 installments*
Early Childhood (Infants – Twos) is a 12-month program – payments may be made in 1, 2 or 12 installments*

*Tuition Deferral (optional): SML offers families the choice to defer payment of tuition. Families enrolled in our year-round (12 month) Early Childhood Program may defer payment over two or twelve installments, and Elementary and Middle School families may defer payment over two or ten installments. The deferral fee is 2% for two payments and 5% for payment options exceeding two installments. If a family enters after school begins, monthly payments will be prorated and then divided by the remaining months of the school year.

What if I have children in the two different programs/grade levels?

FACTS will only allow you to select one payment plan per account, not per student.

You will need to select one of the applicable payment plans for both students and complete your FACTS account set up.

Once your FACTS account is fully set up, contact the Business Office (Gwenda Kullman, gkullman@gostmark.org) so your FACTS account can be manually adjusted to ensure each child is under the correct payment plan term, i.e. 10 months or 12 months.
